What to Bring
Come prepared, not stressed.
- Government-issued photo ID
- Insurance card (if applicable)
- List of medications & relevant medical history
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI) if you have it
- MVA patients: claim number and insurance adjuster contact

We bill most major extended-health insurers directly — you only pay the portion not covered. Bring your card and we'll handle the rest.
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Patients
We accept MVA patients and work directly with your auto insurance under Ontario's SABS framework. Bring your claim number and adjuster details — we'll coordinate the rest.
